HPU Head Cheer Coach - Garrin Gosnell
In his third year as the HPU Cheer Coach, Garrin brings passion and creativity to the Program as well as extensive experience competing and coaching. Garrin is originally from South Florida and has served as NCA College Staff Head Instructor for 9 years. He served as the Head Coach at Florida Atlantic University from 1999-2001 with a NCA Championship in 1999. His opportunities continued as a member of the Cheer Team at Stephen F. Austin State University for three years with one as Captain. Stephen F. Austin State University Cheerleaders were NCA Division 1 Champions in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. It was during this time that Garrin and his stunt partner were recognized as 2004 Universal Cheerleading Association Partner Stunt Champions. Garrin’s coaching experience rounds out as former head coach at McNeese State University (2001-2002) and as head coach at Kilgore Junior College (2005-2006).

Stunts & Gymnastics - Head Coach - Felecia Mulkey
Felecia Mulkey was named the first head coach of the University of Oregon’s Team Stunts and Gymnastics program on May 15, 2008.
Mulkey previously built the Kennesaw State competitive cheer program into a national powerhouse. The Owls finished fourth in the 2008 All-Women’s Division I Collegiate Championships after capturing national titles in 2004 and 2005.
The 1998 Kennesaw State health and exercise science graduate and Atlanta, Ga., native oversaw the development of a program that finished no worse than third nationally from 2001 through 2007. Her success resulted in the program ascending to the Division I level in 2006.
Prior to transferring and taking over the head coaching reigns at the Kennesaw, Ga., school in May 1997, Mulkey cheered for two years at Southern Union State (Wadley, Ala.), and led the Bison to an eighth-place national finish in 1995.

Morehead State Cheerleading - Co-ed & All-Girl Head Coach - Tony Nash
Tony is a native of Wichita, KS. He attended Cowley County Community College and received a Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. He then attended Wichita State University where he continued to study Criminal
Justice. After finishing school at WSU, Tony accepted a position as the Strength & Fitness Director and the Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Barton County Community College. For the three years he was at Barton, he led them to three top five finishes at nationals. After coaching at Barton, Tony accepted a position at Wichita State University as a cheer coach, where he was successful at the national level for two years, including a second place finish. In addition to coaching at WSU, he was also a tumbling director and head co-ed cheerleading coach at Extreme Athletics All-Star Academy.

Leroy McCullough
LeRoy hails from Fayetteville, North Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in physical education with a focus in Athletic Training. During his time at USC, LeRoy was a member of the varsity cheer squad. Upon graduation, LeRoy worked for the National Cheerleaders Association as the Associate Director of College programs before heading to the University of Louisville to attend graduate school.
There he cheered for three years, and served as the captain for two. He was the former assistant coach at the University of Louisville for 3 years. LeRoy was hired to take over coaching duties at Oklahoma State University in February of 2005 where he helped the team to a 3rd place finish at the 2005 NCA Collegiate National Championships. Since then, OSU has finished in the top three every year, including a National Championship in 2007 in the Small Coed division, and 3rd place finish in 2006, and runner-up finishes in 2007-2009.
LeRoy has coached national championship winning teams at the University of Louisville, and 6 different high schools. LeRoy currently works with several cheer squads in Oklahoma as well as coaching at the Twist and Shout Training Center in Edmond. He has a strong desire to help mold young adults into great people as well as great athletes.

University of Kentucky Head Cheerleading Coach - Jomo Thompson
Jomo Thompson is the head cheerleading coach at the University of Kentucky. Thompson has led the Wildcats to 5 NCAA Championships and was the 2009 USA National Cheerleading Team Head Coach.
No other college cheerleading squad has dominated the Universal Cheerleaders Association National Championships like the team from Kentucky.
The UK squad has won UCA's National College Cheerleading Championship an unprecedented seventeen (17) times, in 1985, 1987, 1988, 1992, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008
2009 and 2010 - more than any other Division 1A school. UK's squad is the only team to win back to back championships three times, once in 1987 and 1988, again in 1995 and 1996, and a third time in 2008 and 2009. Further, UK is the only squad ever to win three, four, five, six, seven and eight championships in a row.
