When is a good time to sign up? Literally from the time you begin cheering! the best time to start observing and learning the process and the best way is through a membership. Beginning in the middle grades are your prime times to begin your training events and attending combines as an observer. High school representation by an agent beginning in 10th grade is advised but not required.
